My recent stay at Saint-Hubert exceeded all expectations, truly standing out as a hidden gem in the Belgian countryside. The personal touches from the host, Edgard, were unparalleled - from driving guests for shopping to sourcing ingredients from the Ardennes forest for exquisite dishes served in the restaurant. The cozy rooms with comfortable beds ensured a peaceful night's sleep, surpassing all others on my trip. The restaurant's top-notch cuisine, featuring locally sourced game and trout, was a culinary delight that elevated my entire experience. The attention to detail in providing free toiletries in the clean rooms and the unique charm of enjoying a cup of tea brewed in a teapot added a touch of luxury to my stay. The warm and inviting atmosphere of the lounge areas and dining rooms, complemented by a great selection of Bitburger beer, created the perfect setting for relaxation after a day of exploring the picturesque surroundings. Saint-Hubert truly goes above and beyond in every aspect, making it a must-visit for those seeking a memorable and exceptional stay in the heart of Belgium's beer and culinary scene. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning for another unforgettable experience.
